Mr. Tingey, CPA, is the former Director of Performance Management and Controller of Metals Recycling & Steel Manufacturing at Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc., a global leader in the recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Previously Mr. Tingey was Internal Audit Director at PacifiCorp (a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary) and Technical Accounting & Business Controls Manager at Interwest Mining, PacifiCorp's Fuel Resources Unit. Mr. Tingey was a former Audit Manager in charge of LKA's audit and financial reporting at HJ & Associates, LLC in Salt Lake City. Prior to that Tingey held Senior Auditor positions at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Viens is the former Vice President of Business Development and Exploration for Cambior, Inc. (AMEX:CBJ) one of Canada's premier gold producers prior to its acquisition by IAMGOLD Corp. (NYSE:IAG). Previously Mr. Viens was Vice President Exploration for Ariane Gold and Hope Bay Gold Corp. Mr. Viens has extensive experience developing mult-million ounce gold deposits around the world.

|Delmer L. Brown
Geological Engineer - Project Advisor
Mr. Brown received a B.Sc. from the South Dakota School of Mines and a M.Sc. from the Colorado School of Mines. He served as a Senior Research Engineer for Hazen Research and as a Project Engineer for the Colorado School of Mines Research Foundation. As an officer in the U.S. Corps of Engineers, Mr. Brown was responsible for dam site evaluation in S.E. Asia for the World Bank. He has directed numerous exploration and evaluation programs for major mining companies and government agencies around the world. Mr. Brown designed and directed the initial exploration at the Golden Wonder mine for Southern Union Production Co. (SUPRON) and its successors.

Dr. Emery has over 35 years experience in managing a wide variety of environmental issues, including air and water quality, solid and hazardous wastes, industrial site remediation and chemicals in the workplace. Dr. Emery is a former Assistant Professor at Texas A&M (Forest Science Dept.) and served as Research Scientist & Environmental Manager at the American Plywood Association. He has also served as Chief Environmental Engineer for the Woods Products Division of the Potlatch Corporation.

Mr. Wendlick has over 48 years experience in analytical, organic, inorganic and nuclear chemistry. His experience includes industrial forensics investigations, environmental emissions profiling, environmental pathway analysis and product health investigations. Mr. Wendlick has over 25 years experience as a Case Investigator/Expert Witness in litigation involving heavy metals and industrial pollutants.
Mr. Barkman has over 17 years experience advising small cap companies in the areas of institutional & shareholder awareness, financing and strategic alliances. He served as a former First Vice President of Janney Montgomery Scott and is the founder and CEO of Riverview Capital Enterprises, LLC
